Hi, I'm Crystal and I am currently a Resident in Counseling. I received my M.Ed in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have been working as an elementary school counselor for the past twelve years until recently deciding to pursue further certification as a LPC so that I can practice outside of the school setting.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I use many different approaches and techniques and try to personalize my therapy to what works best for the client. I believe the most effective way to reach children is through play and expressive techniques. My hope when working with people of all ages is that with support and empowerment, I can help them move outside of their existing comfort zone and enrich their lives.  In order to schedule with Crystal call 804-798-5327 ext. 2.
