Remembering Good Moments

Negative experiences are more memorable than positive ones because they help survival. We have to consciously and deliberately help the brain register positive experiences. Noticing the good and practicing gratitude are two ways we can do this. It's not about wearing "rose-colored glasses", it's about giving the good moments in our lives the same attention we give the negative.
